its amino acid increases the flow of blood and with increment of flow of blood the chances of heart diseases become very low so, you must consume walnuts and prevent yourself from heart disease along with walnuts, consumption of almonds is equally important to save yourself from heart disease it contains vitamin e, vitamin b2, magnesium, zinc all these nutrients are very helpful to have a strong the heart and when you have a strong heart then you can easily cure yourself form heat disease so, you must use at least 11 almonds in a day if you want you can soak it for overnight and use it next morning with an empty stomach
or even you can directly eat them like that but make sure you eat almonds and save yourself from heat disease. along with this use pulse food pulses contains high fiber, folate & magnesium. when all these nutrients get combined then to an extent they low down the risk of heart disease. magnesium keeps our blood pressure in control and when your blood pressure is in control then you have least chances to heart disease so, use pulses in food as much as you can and prevent your self from heat disease. along with this you can use any type of nuts
as they contains unsaturated fasts. as these unsaturated fat low down the bad cholesterol and increases the good cholesterol , so by when the good cholesterol increases & bad cholesterol low down then the chances of blockage of arteries become very low & you can be save from heart disease along with this you can use cinnamon as cinnamon helps a lot to low down the bad cholesterol take 1-2 pieces of cinnamon and let it nicely boil with the 1 glass of water when the entire extract of cinnamon comes in the water then strain this water and add some honey in it if you will consume this with an empty stomach with this your cholesterol will be decreased.
and when your cholesterol is low down then automatically chances of heart disease will be low down too. along with this you must use flax seeds. flax seeds contains omega 3 fatty acids. which makes your heat strong & low down the cholesterol low down the bad cholesterol and save you from heart disease along with this you should use soya products. take soya paneer which is called tofu as well. you can use tofu once or twice in a week. you can even use soya milk as well as this also helps a to have a strong heart. and also helps a lot to low down the bad cholesterol so, just follow these things & make your heart strong and stay away from heart disease.
